Rogue Judges like Polly Hall comes into a court room to clear dockets and takes a custody case that a child has not been with abusive mom that has kidnapped her own kid from dcf and does no safety checks nothing ad sends the 3 year old back to the mom who already lost 2 other kids in a state 100s of miles away with no safety nets and this baby was tortured locked in closets as her mom was doing tricks left with stranger's and we was being sent videos of this abuse took 7 months to rescue her.

I'm signing this petition because I have your victim of family court in Indiana starting in 2020 lost my 3 children and for the past 19 months I've dealt with false allegations, defamation of character, conflict of interest regarding providers reassigned to me with each new case opening. In the last 19 months I've won 4 DCS cases involving my youngest son who was born 2-9-25 in 3 different counties. I am getting tired of fighting this fight I just want to live life and be happy. Please join us!

My daughters and myself have been let down and go through this. The court system fail us over and over again. They ignore the abuse that my daughters go through at the hands of their father and he is constantly filing to take my time away and my rights. All his allegations are lies and based on the past and the judge refuses to pay listen and pay attention to all the proof I have when he has none. We need someone to take this seriously, do the right thing for children everywhere including mine.

The court enabled my abuser to alienate me from my kids. Repeated false CPS reports, all ended up unfounded. However, a court err’d on the side of caution and granted a protection order, mid second investigation. I had to wait until the second unfounded accusation was complete to clear my name and terminate the order. Damage was done. My kids memories were tainted, the gaslighting and manipulation endured make them feel it’s easier to stay with dad. After 9 yrs sole custody. I can’t protect them

I am signing bc i am in an on going casestill trying to get my daughter back... CPS intermediated and strong armed me with the police and threatened to take my daughter with no chance of me getting her back if I didn't sign the safety plan I was unaware of my rights and what I was doing... It has been over a year and I am still fighting to get her back... I have missed so much and this all could of been avoided if they had a equal understanding instead of jumping to taking her from me...

Due to the flaws in the system allowing hearsay, lack of solid evidence, impeachments, and lack of representation, I lost my child that I have solely cared for, along with her mental and physical health. Shes had behavioral issues for some time. I have been able to resolve them before custody was removed. It had nothing to do with the best interest of the child. If it were she would not have been placed with the family she does not know nor do they really know her.
