I am a first hand witness to the judges bias towards a father who had shared custody of his children. The judge hated him so much she told him either you sign custody over to their mother or you go to jail and grow your hair 6in to do a test that wasn’t even available. The judge wanted him to do a nine months look back on an alcohol and drug abuse test, which you can’t do. You can do three months which he had 7 years of hair follicle drug testing done, which were all negative.

I am a stepmother to 2 amazing little boys and we have been separated from them. I believe my husband has been subjected to an injustice, and two attorneys have independently confirmed my concerns regarding the judge’s personal bias against him. These children have been taken from people who love them, without any credible evidence or proof of wrongdoing. families deserve stronger protections, including jury involvement in custody proceedings much like in criminal cases. Bucks County PA
