I have moved to different states trying to be in my child’s life. Very successful at work zero criminal history yet I was just removed from my child’s life because the judge stated I am difficult due to fighting for my court ordered time. Family court is a joke any court that allows hearsay as actual evidence needs to be fixed.

I'm signing because myself and children were ripped from each other based off childrens divisions words ALONE. No factual evidence was ever shown by childrens division to stand grounds for remmoval of my children. I gave factual proof of my hair follicle (I paid $150 for them to cut three chunks of my hair) results that read negative down the entire panal, I gave several UA drug test all negative down the enitre panal.( also paid for out of my pocket $110 per cup of pee) Yet,was forced into FDC!

My little girl and I are victims of family court going on 4 years now! St. Tammany Parish in Covington La. 22nd Judicial Court House, DFCS, St Tammany Police Department, multiple attorneys, Commissioner, Hearing Officer and 2 Judges who are a disgrace to the community!

Myself and too many others have been deprived of our fundamental right to parent by the corrupt family law cabal. I was told by a judge during a proceeding that my constitutional rights did not apply in his court. My subsequent appeal was denied.

They do not listen or look at the evidence unless you have a lawyer. My ex was able to just lie & slander me and norlt have to prove anything. I turned in stacks of evidence. They didn't care. My ex caught a Domestic assault and on probation. Family court didn't care. Took my custody of oldest away after being divorced 8yrs and rhey separated my children. All based in lies. Not all of us can afford lawyers all the time neither. These referees and judges playing with people's lives is disgusting!

Children’s best interests cannot be truly protected without accountability, transparency, and meaningful due process.
I was denied the right to testify and supplement evidence when I represented myself.
Families should not have to spend years and exhaust their financial resources fighting for a fair hearing. And when the system fails, appealing a decision shouldn’t be the only path to seeking justice.
No system entrusted with children’s futures should be beyond scrutiny

Failed by the system, I didnt have money for an attorney but my abuser did. My child and myself went into hiding with the help of dcf to get away from him for 6 months was granted custody of my child because I couldnt afford an attorney and he could. I had no chance 💔
