This is important to me because I lost 8 years with my children because of a caseworker that didn't listen to me, didn't return my calls or emails, DCF never came to my home, the first time I met the investigator she didn't like me. Without even knowing me.

I lost my kids 15 years ago due to 1 DUI I done everything ask and still didn't get them bk. My daughter was put into a mental facility then through foster families at 10 my son was 15mts. There is so much more.

There’s not enough room than this little box. Wake up and recognize narcissistic behavior and save my children from any more suffering from their mentally ill mother. Any person that uses a child to get back at the other person should get a life sentence.

It’ll be 3 yrs and 3 months of a sex offender having sole temp custody and I have no record, no abuse history or drugs and alcohol. I work for the school system. Judges are being bought. His family is rich and mine middle class. My children deserve justice and love. Not to be abused and used as weapons.

My husband and I spent 2 1/2 years and paid close to 35 thousand dollars in legal just for him to get every Wednesday and alternating weekends. The kids mother doesn’t work so he pays the max in child support solely because she doesn’t want to share 50/50 custody. She has lied to the court and made false allegations. There isn’t a single reason why he shouldn’t have been awarded 50/50 custody when he requested it. He has always been an active parent in their life.

As a survivor & advocate for DV victims, family court has become a tool for abusers to continue abuse after their victim escapes by weaponizing the System to control their victims. When a judge prioritizes “Parental rights” while ignoring all other statues, therapists and GAL reports, along with procedural maneuvering to avoid disciplinary action, violates the constitutional rights of due process, equal protection & 1st amendment hiding behind judicial immunity, reform becomes urgent!

I've seen it happen.The courts right here in Sarasota, Florida, the magistrates, disregard the law.They don't take into account biased or unverified testimony.There is no regard for what's best for the child

I was a victim of family court corruption as a child. I have talked to several parents recently and started researching casing myself. To say what I've found is shocking is a massive understatement. These family courts are ruining families lives by illegal methods and are not being held accountable due to their complete immunity. If there are no consequences, there will always be corruption. Our children deserve better. Our country deserves better!!!!

The family court system here in Muhlenberg County Kentucky is one of the most corrupt I have ever seen my youngest daughter who was two when my husband and I divorced was placed every other week in the hands of my abuser my middle daughter, whose father denied her for the first seven years of her life took me to court for custody and was granted 50-50 custody with a child. He didn’t even know my daughter was made to go to him every other week to be with a family that she never knew
