The x I took care of over the last 11 years set me up through a slew of lies that I was found not guilty of through the course of absolute crushing demoralizing planned campaign .
The court system absolutely violated my rights over and over , and through the course of this my sweet daughter was turned against me .the last time I saw her was in court when she tried to run to me after screaming daddy ..
Now three years later she won’t see me and claims to be afraid of me ..
But nothing to see here

Because my babies were taken from me due to being abused by my ex in which my children were never witness to. I’m a loving mother who would do anything for my babies. I did everything they asked and they told lie after lie trying to get me to lose custody. Apart of me died when all this happened. It’s disgusting what these people are doing. They are destroying families and traumatizing children all for a check . This has to be stopped and I’ll do what ever I can in order for this to happen.

This petition is highly important to me because I have 4 children I lost to the system of New York City in Staten Island. One of kids were molested, 2 of my kids are together while the other 2 are separated and I have a new baby that’s almost a year old home with me. Seamen’s society for children and families in Staten Island blackballed me and did a lot of underhanded stuff on my case. I would love to see a change

My abusive ex who a lengthy list of professionals testified against and warned of his being a continuous threat, was given custody of my teenagers, who had been flourishing in another state for years!! My 16 yr old has testified twice and has been sent across the country alone and isolated, abused and neglected and still this court who gave us a PFA order years ago to protect us, now vilifies me - he has ordered over 200k in contempt money and we are now appealing finally.

Every important father in my life, from my own father and uncles and myself, has been affected by the absolutely appalling state of the child custody and criminal courts; especially when both systems are being used against us. I hope to be the last generation that has to endure this abuse; I’d do anything to have it end with me.

Because Whatcom county family court made a one sided ruling without looking at any of my documents. And all though I hadn’t got in trouble since 2017 and my wife and I stuck it out as I was blacked out and made a stupid mistake.. fast forward 2024 I had been a stay at home dad because I was thrown from a crane at work and suffered 7 injuries all in which I had surgeries for but I watched my daughter and I paid half the bills. Got a brain tumor diag. That same week she took angel. It has been 2yr

I agree with all of this petition and have had family court destroy my husbands relationship with his kids. The GAL never did a single ounce of investigation. It’s been 4 years and my husband hasn’t seen his kids the whole time.

cuz my daughter was jailed and kidnapped for almost a year. cuz i was jailed twice and now face felony charge for the crime our abusers committed. because its been 68 proceedings in almost 7 years total and family court helps the abuser escalate to the point of total control over the judiciary and police departments. cuz if the people don't stop this child and family slavery, the predators will keep growing in numbers and continue to groom and body snatch our children from us. aloha hare krishna

Because I am going through through the Kangaroo Court that is Family Court as we speak and it is nothing but BULLSHIT. It's all about how much you can pay, how long can they make u wait to get in court and then they think inside of 5 minutes they know what's best for a child. When 9x out of 10 they haven't even gave any real attention to the matter. Then they slam you with untold amounts of child support. But only if you're the father. The mother can deny, lie and refuse to comply and that's ok.

Seen to many times that truth is ignored and a good man is ruined just because he’s a man. No matter that the children are better off with their father. Blows my mind.
