It took two years to get a custody agreement. I went through two attorneys that both played the game of dragging the case out allowing opposing counsel to walk all over me and make me look as I’m the problem. Our daughter couldn’t pick her father out of a lineup. I went in for status update ended up in a trial same day and by the end of it, I had a contempt charge based off of false allegations and I never had a trial. They condensed the custody trial and the contempt charge together.

The bias was, corruption, not holding case workers and supervisors accountable for lying in court affidavits, only highlighting and reporting what they CHOOSE to report in the affidavits from past cases, leaving positive case notes out so the judge dosent get a chance know all the details until after removal, when CPS is proven to be wrong parents still have to continue jumping through hoops to get their kids home only to be passed off to a new worker that also only sees what the past worker see

I’ve been fighting our court system in Allegheny county since 2022. My child’s father has been under investigation twice for SA on our child and it continues to get covered up. Our child’s therapist came to court and testified against the father. The courts have ignored professional evidence, doctors documentions/request. I have been labeled unstable and the abuse is “in my head”. My child is currently living in the home with alleged abuser.

Court Appointed Special Advocates in Clay County Circuit Court 7 are submitting false information to Judges in family court. When I reported this information, they simply responded “oh we investigated and found out that it was a TYPO” so that makes a 4 page document a typo? Really? Not even law enforcement will protect us in family court! No one is protecting us, it’s designed right now to only hurt us. Please help.

I went through a 3 year long custody battle. I left my daughters father because he physically abused me emotionally abused and promised he would ruin my life if I left him. Well after leaving moving to another state and doing everything on my own to try to have a happy healthy life with my baby girls. The courts allowed him to lie lie lie with no proof and he did just what he said he would do. He took my life away when he got primary care of our girls. My girls hate living with him.
