The family court permitted deed theft to later evict a child and mother from their home as tenants (I am the owner) after PROVING there was no debt. A false debt allegation claim. Troup County, LaGrange, Georgia. Case #25-cv-0063

Family court ruin my family allowed my children to go live with a drunk even after going back to court after he got a DUI with one of the kids in the car they still allowed them to stay. My kids had to deal with so much stress I was alienated for my kids my ex was allowed to speak so negatively about me at their school functions I could hardly share my face at any of their games or or school activities all because he could afford a lawyer that I couldn't

Courts should be required to uphold the law and give everyone a fair chance at due process. There’s no room for favoritism, bribery, or unlawfulness in the courts especially Family Court. Children’s lives are at stake and that should take full precedence over money.

Year and a day in North Carolina just to make the lawyers rich. Not one court order was withheld. Nothing mattered and wouldn’t even consider her lies.

I’m signing because families deserve justice, fairness, and accountability. As a mother fighting to have my rights heard and reunite with my children, I know how devastating this battle can be. I believe our family court and child welfare systems need an independent nationwide investigation to protect parents’ rights, children’s futures, and families everywhere. No parent should have to fight alone to be heard, and no child should lose their family without due process and accountability.

I am signing this petition because I have personally experienced the emotional, financial and psychological toll of navigating the family court system as a father.
I have faced what I believe to be bias, unequal treatment, and repeated obstacles simply trying to remain an active and involved parent in my daughter's life.
No parent should have to fight endlessly to be heard, treated fairly, or exercise their parental responsibilities.

System is corrupt. Have provided proof of abuse against my child and been ignored. Allowed my child to be with other parent and now recently my child was SA by person his wife knew was a predator and she allowed my child to stay night at his house. Absolutely nothing has been done...but yet they were quick to always target me with false allegations and no proof of whatever was reported

False allegations are not looked into much at all and it seems the the loudest liar is the one believed, the motive to get full custody is often driven by money, GALs arent required to understand alienating behavior and they (along with divorce counselors and judges) should be required to understand what to look for in these cases, overall more oversight and fairness needs to be practices in family courts.

Cause the cps illegally took my god daughter legally i was her power of attorney was never contacted to go pick her up. immediately she was took into the Hands of the state. When legally she was supposed to come to me cause I was her power of attorney an we are 2nd cousins to which they are also supposed to try an keep kids with family. I want justice for Penelope she deserves the best there has been no sustainable evidence keeping her from family to be legally able to take her.
