Will County, Illinois' court system is full of corruption, BECAUSE there are no independent checks and balances, as well as, no help for pro se litigants, other than self-help. The ARDC and Judicial Boards are no help, because they are NOT independent, and there should NEVER be immunity for judges, GALS, DCFS Officials, or lawyers breaking the law. They should be held to a higher a standard, with the unchecked damage that they are allowed to inflict.

Families are really being harmed. Justice is not being carried out. If you want an example, please reach out to me. My family has been harmed devastatingly over the years and there’s open lawsuits and Appeals, and cabinet negligence claims. I am not a disgruntled father who wants to complain about things. I have went as far to create a parental rights, advocacy group and family advocacy group and contact state legislators and develop solutions to the REAL legal problems that will help millions.

It's important to me because my life was shattered, when family courts took my children because of the paternal grandmother filed custody in family courts and I never had a chance because I was 18 years old with 3 children already,,the judge was biased

He took my children as a court tactic and put me in jail 7 times in SC for trying to contact them over 7 years with no contact. No drugs or abuse or psych issues with me. He was arrested for DV, it was in front of the kids, and he lost them 30 d. Guardian ad litem- a lawyer- told me four months later.

Due to a case of parental alienation by my son's mother she continues to make falsified childlines to the Allegheny county Pittsburgh Pennsylvania children youth and families that has on multiple occasion cause my son to be taken corruptly by CYS and then over time bounced around for the system abused and Foster homes abused in medical daycares all under the rule of children youth and families and they have since wrongfully took my child again because of this mother's false allegations

Going through cps case now as a grandparent. However investigator has made derogatory comments, left out pertinent information during forensic exam and neglected to give the visits that they promised after child informed us of the foster family bribing her to stay in their home. This is after their investigator was informed by the hospital that child admitted to self harm!! And they continuously gave the children's abuser their mother multiple chances almost 50 cases on mom.

We deal with a high conflict baby mama that has made false allegations, lies to everyone including the kids, starts fights, takes time if she loses control of us, and turns everyone against us with lies. She prostitues herself and sells drugs out the home with the kids. Cops cover for her bc she offers them services…

My children and I were alienated and nothing that was done to reunify was ever considered. Hearsay abd innuendo without concrete evidence kept the children and the targeted parent apart. It’s a disgrace. A violation of civil liberties.

It was a traumatic time not only for myself but also my sons. I feel that there are many corrupt involvement through the system.they destroy families they have done fraudulent removal and put kids in foster care for more money when they have no rights to take kids in the first place. Please keep this petition going to reach the ones who can hold them accountable and remove them from being able to destroy our lives and others

The family court room had people commenting on my parenting based on lies. Not one person in that court room had ever seen me in a parenting role let alone met me for more than 5 mins. The best interest of the child is to remain with the parent unless there is proven neglect or abuse. CAS lied about me to apprehend my children and the police wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. This is child trafficking. Shame on anyone doesn’t give equal voice to every party involved. I deserve to be heard
