I've been battling a "high conflict" custody case for the last 5 years with my narcissistic ex and the damage that I've seen done to me, but more importantly my child, has been unbearable. Although he is actively destroying her mental health and we have reported documented abuse on multiple occasions, he won primary residential placement and forced her and I through some of the worst years of her life to punish me for leaving, and family court refuses to do anything.

It is important that there is visitation for the children and the parents.Once this is set up in court and is not followed by the parent that the child lives with nothing is done too fix the problem.Also I payed child support.Dont know how many times had been to court.Because they said I was behind on support.When I wasn't.If I had not kept with it myself would have been in jail many time.All these things effect children and the parents.Nothing is done to fix the problems.

For children to have a relationship with both parents not just one. Child support payments was poorly recorded , judge and attorney meeting behind doors .one parent had to jump thru loops to prove what was accused of to prove they was wrong just to not have a relationship with there children.

Fraudulently, accused of physical abuse, mental and emotional abuse my both my ex and attorney who also claims that i molested our daughter which were all false. Ive been alienated against my children not just by the court system but my ex many of her co-workers and the entire Kipp school charter district have called police on me for simply picking up our children from school and denied me access and info about our children and their school functions involving our children!

My son was taken from me in 2010 and given back to me in 2012 but I was forced to sign a safety agreement saying I would not keep male company around my son. Well I violated that and CPS STOLE HAYDEN AGAIN But this time it was for good! They did a closed adoption which means I was not allowed to know where he was or who he was with and I have not seen him now for 14 years. This is very strong in my heart to get change.
