PPD should run a survey to find out what staff members and teachers think about her, while protecting the privacy of those who report. I see she hasn't changed at all. When she used to lead my school, I knew her as one of the most narcissistic, manipulative, heartless, and unreasonable head of departments. She'd call her staff subordinates. She'd never listen to reason or any justifications. She'd micromanage, but do it poorly. She'd shame staff in public for hours. All round a horrible boss.

I've already heard multiple incidents and bad reputation before even sending our kid to this school. I indeed worry of the future of this school and the next generation of kids entering this otherwise esteemed school.

It's been repetition of event cancellation at the 11th hour for example students competition victory announcement and medal giving. During Monday assembly, she loves to give 1 hour long speech about her personal story which has little to no relevancy to students or school matters. This has been unnecesary took up the precious time which would be better used for the important students oe school related topics.

Since the took over,there were several new rules & changes. Some rules are necessary for safety & discipline,but certain rules seem more focused on enforcing authority than on what is practical or beneficial for the students & teachers. Concerns about delayed announcements & communication,which caused inconvenience to students,teachers & parents. The principal was reported to take harsh approach,which raises concerns about the level of respect,empathy, understanding & willingness to listen.
