It's important because we need a leader that is fair to the teachers who are the greatest assets of a school that will guide our children and generations to come. If this leader who are being unfair and abusing her powers and bullying the teachers, I don't see how it will benefits the school or the students. Pls raise this awareness and ensure this headmistress is beign dismiss.

If this is the fact, my kid will get affected. For case bullied, is not supposed to happened in school, more over right now the headmistress bullied the teachers and the end, kids are get affected ..

Sebagai seorang pengetua sekolah, beliau seharusnya memimpin melalui teladan dan menjadi contoh yang baik kepada warga sekolah. Tingkah laku dan kata-kata seperti ini sememangnya amat mengecewakan, malah menimbulkan persoalan sama ada beliau mempunyai integriti dan rasa tanggungjawab yang sewajarnya sebagai seorang pemimpin dalam bidang pendidikan. Seorang pengetua bukan sahaja mewakili dirinya sendiri, tetapi turut membawa imej sekolah serta profesionalisme warga pendidik.
