Paul is a brilliant postman and an integral part of our community. Moving him off our route against his wishes and ours makes no logistical sense. Paul's local knowledge and caring attitude keep this route running smoothly and play a key part in maintaining our trust in Royal Mail services. Royal Mail should value community consistency over rigid algorithmic changes. Please reinstate Paul to our route.

Paul has been out postie as long as I can remember. Always a friendly smile for you and always makes sure everything is delivered as it should be. He has taken the time to make sure he knows his customers and has the respect of everyone on the estate. I understand businesses need to evolve but have also seen the negative impact of change for change sake. Paul is a part of our community and I hope this is taken seriously and the decision to move him is reconsidered.

We would be really sad to see Paul go. Over the years, we’ve built up a trusted relationship, and he is a real asset to Royal Mail. Our dog absolutely loves him and is always looking out for him when we’re out on walks. He is always friendly, reliable, and takes the time to stop and say hello. We would genuinely miss him and would be very sad to see him leave.

Best postie I've ever had. Our streets will never be the same without him. We are in a new estate and he somehow makes us feel at home. Strange isn't it! He's such a good guy and Royal Mail should be privileged to have him.

Royal Mail have took the decision to remove our Postman to another route. There's absolutely no reason for them to do this. It's pointless. They say it's for the structure of the business. Our Postman is very unhappy about this decision as is the people who live on this estate. We have a good working Postman who goes above and beyond his role to make sure I receive my mail in time and in good state. His Customer Service is second to none. Iwould like Royal Mail to reconsider this pointless move.
