This man does not deserve early release. He should serve his entire sentence. Casey is gone forever and he should serve every day of sentence. Her parents and her family still grieve for Casey everyday. When a parent loses a child that grief never goes away. Mr Osborn deserves NO mercy.

This man is pure evil!! I’m retired law enforcement from a town only an hour from Dumas. I was an investigator when this happened. I’ve seen evil during my 30 year career, but he is the worst. This man doesn’t deserve to get out early.
