I'm not sure how anyone could know the facts of this case and think that putting this man back out into society would be a good idea.
His first thought when presented with someone in need of help was to harm them.

I was in school with Casey and she had a long, wonderful life ahead of her with tons of family and friends who cared for her. This man took her life and should remain in prison for the duration of his sentence.
