As a mother of girls my biggest fear is something like this happening to them. Rehabilitate isn’t possible for this kind of behavior. He needs to stay his whole sentence and hopefully by the time he gets out he’s old enough with no strength to repeat offense.

He took her life without a second thought. He should never see freedom. I remember when I started at the Prison, he was one of the first inmates I helped escort outside for his rec. and I explained to the employees that it was best I didn’t escort him back in. That hit hard and me and Casey weren’t close but I feel like we all played softball together and then in a second she was gone, it’s not fair for him to even think he can get out. I say let him sit in a cell till he takes his last breath.

To let someone parole out after a malicious crime was intentionally committed is insane. Freedom shouldn’t be allowed after a life was taken.

Osburn had the abduction supplies in his truck with him that Sunday morning, Casey's murder was no accident to him. Casey was denied her {LIFE}, please don't restore his.

If this had been my daughter's killer, I'd want to make sure he saw his full sentence before I would even begin to consider the option of having him back out on the streets. He needs to be held fully accountable for his crimes.

It seems like yesterday all of SoutheastAR+ were anxiously waiting for a good outcome of missing Casey. It was so very heartbreaking for all of us. Osburn should never leave the prison.

I will never forget the day they found her body. I was in college, on my way back from the search. My mom got call and it was then that I knew that she was gone. SHE WAS 17!! What he did in unfathomable and he needs to do his full 40 years!!!! If he is paroled he will offend again!!

I attended church with Casey and her family. Our church family was devastated when this evil act was committed. I will be praying that Osborn’s parole is denied.

This was an innocent young lady that had her entire life taken from her and her family.
