I agree with what everyone is saying. But most importantly there is no room in the schools as is.

I moved to north Ogden 45 years ago! I have lived in the same house for 28 years, and seen the growth above me with single homes!
The street I live on is posted 25 miles per hour, but some the growth on single residence homes, the street has turned into a fast moving traffic mess! It’s not patrolled and daily I see cars traveling will above the posted limit!
To add all these multi family homes would add so much congestion to our beautiful neighborhoods!

Not enough water for us now, that’s not a good idea to add 1900 more homes up here. What you thinking?

I agree with all the other comments stated about the many reasons this should not happen and would also add that there is no way our old schools that already lack the space and updates like air conditioning can handle those added numbers

This is important to me because I’m a resident of this community. My kids attend the schools here I live in the community I hike the trolls daily. I drive our streets daily. There is no way we can accommodate that many more houses. We already have a shortage on water we already sit in traffic jams, and our classrooms are full. We are in no situation to be adding 20 to 30% more people into the community.. keep north Ogden small

We don’t have the infrastructure to make this a feasible option, and even widening roads wouldn’t solve the problem of traffic congestion. Also water is an issue we are all aware of, and if we are serious about conservation then this is a step in the wrong direction. The planned development radically changes the vibe of our community for the worse. Just because you can build something doesn’t always mean you should.

The water pressure in our area is already gone down in the 10 years since we built our home. I don't support this project.

Already too much congestion and water shortages. Let alone taking more of our beautiful mountain away.

This area lacks the infrastructure, and resources to support the proposed expansion. High density housing will only overwhelm a purpose-built low-density area. We're already resource constrained; this type of development will only exacerbate an already stressed infrastructure.

As a mother, I am signing this because 1,650 new homes will flood our quiet neighborhood streets with traffic, creating serious dangers for our kids playing and walking to school. North Ogden simply cannot handle 5,000 extra residents—we lack the water capacity, our hillside infrastructure can’t support it, and building in a known avalanche path is dangerously irresponsible. Please protect our families, honor the General Plan, and vote NO on the Altura ARMDA.
