This type of development should be in an area where the master plan allows it.

I would prefer my tax dollars go to undeveloped green space in North Ogden (ie buy property to designate as open green space) then to laying down more asphalt and building more schools.

This area is already congested and has water shortages. This development will make a tricky situation even worse.
