I am appalled at the ongoing destruction of the natural beauty and unspoiled habitat of North Ogden in order to cater to wealthy transplants building sprawling McMansions. We can’t let our city become a haven for the top 0.1% driving up costs for everything around us! And we should be able to look toward Ben Lomond in awe of creation without having to look past the castles being build by the new American ruling class!

We do not all this growth in potential areas of risk and over population resulting in more crime and destroying our community. I’ve seen other areas that have had all this housing turn into areas that decrease the value of the existing homes. Please do not even consider this new proposal.

These developers only care about the income they will generate for themselves. There is no consideration for the costs that will be passed on to current residents through infrastructure increases and degradation of existing resources.

This proposed development is completely disregarded the significance affect on the owners of the other residents of North Ogden!

Transportation and other infrastructure is not sufficient to handle this. It will ruin the community.

The north ogden infrastructure and resources can not handle that many new homes. Slow the development down.

The very reason we purchased land and built a multimillion dollar home was because there was an HOA and the CC Marriotts explain to us that they wanted to keep this area high end. The proposed plan goes exactly against that.

Just because developing the bench is part of the master plan doesn’t mean we can’t pivot. We don’t currently have the resources necessary to execute the plan successfully, so we should be willing to adjust our approach based on what’s realistic.

We have way too many high density projects in North Ogden right now. We dont have the infrastructure nor the resources for these kind if projects.

I live in North Ogden. I moved here 2 years ago. I chose North Ogden because of it's smaller footprint in the mountains. I will not stay if this plan goes through

I've lived in North Ogden and Pleasant View off and on for the past 55 years. I am fully aware that property owners have a right to utilize their property to include the development of that property. Ground I used to irrigate and grazed milk cows on is long gone. However city leaders do have the obligation of insuring growth in their cities is done at a rate to not outstrip the services needed for an orderly city.
We currently don't have the water and infrastructure to support our current needs
