Want to keep north ogden smaller. We Don’t want to be Riverdale or Salt Lake City. And our local hospitals are already at capacity without more people.

I am signing this because North Ogden doesn’t need more citizens. We already have lack of water our city is small and will be over populated. I enjoy living in North Ogden because it’s a family friendly city. Instead of caring about the quantity of people we have we care for the quality of people. We already have enough traffic and busy cities in Utah and that’s why the majority of us moved here to North Ogden. Think of the amazing views we have of the city that’ll be blocked if we don’t say no!

We don’t have the current infrastructure and resources in the area. We have water restrictions, roads need improvement from high traffic areas, just to mention a few of the larger issues.

We already have water shortage and pressure problems. Traffic through residential areas will more than double, safety and security of our homes and family could be put at risk.

I am worried about how the schools are going to house all these kids, we are already at max capacity as it is. The decrease in property value is a major concern. Where is all the snow going to go? North Ogden never had the infrastructure to handle this proposed plan.

I do not want to live in an overcrowded community and appreciate ALL the green space we currently have in North Ogden--there is far too little based on years of development without thoughtful community planning.

I am in opposition to the Altura master planned community. It will put a strain on all North Ogden utilities.
