We already don’t have enough water!!!! Our roads are already inadequate for the amount of traffic we have!!! We already don’t have enough electricity!!! The erosion/snow/mud slide danger is real. The cost of adding all that infrastructure of roads, water, sewer, power, garbage, snow removal etc etc etc is too much. But mostly, North Ogden has already been overrun and is already too crowded. This would ruin our community even more.

There is not enough water now for our needs let alone for more homes here! Also the poor animals that will be displaced. Money isn’t everything you know.😡

There is no benefit to my family and our community in general. Water, traffic, and to keep up this new community will add demand to our fire, EMS, road crews, postal service etc. which means more taxes. No thank you.

There is no benefit to existing residents, only increased community problems. I ran estimated water usage for an additional 5,000 people, we currently don’t have enough water to do that, and we are currently limited on water usage now. Road congestion will.be a problem. Additional fire stations = increased taxes. All that area is a potential forest fire hazard with increased homes in the area. I use the trails in that area about 3-4 times a week, and wherea the environmental study?

Building more homes without addressing existing problems of traffic congestion, water supply, over building the area, property tax in creases-mine have doubled in the last ten years, irresponsible growth, all for sweetheart deals for developers. NO THANKS. Just look to our friends in California and see how that's going. Oh forgot the increase in wild fires.

The Roads have Become freeways in my neighborhood on 3550N.
It's despicable to add more homes when there's not a road at the very top that they were supposed to put in before the development above was even in to drop into the freeway and/or the highway there by pepsicola... That room above has still never gone in and the rest of us.Paying high taxes are suffering from these roads that have turned into freeways. Not to mention, there's barely enough water as there is.And they keep building!

Current infrastructure cannot handle our population as is. I'm sure this initiative will line the pockets of a select few, but for those of us who live and work here a 25% population increase will be a congestion nightmare.

We don't need to develop everything, and we don't have the water to support this. They already put a second meter on current residents water use. Let the land stay wild.

I've lived in this area for 65 years since I was 4 years old and have also raised my family in North Ogden. It's an awful shame to see developers keep want to take more and more of the base of Ben Lomand and scar it up. It's bad enough that it's been home after home and now they want to build housing units also. I can't believe those who run the city of North Ogden are even considering this proposal. Please for the sake and beauty of the Ben Lomand foothills don't let this happen

Because it will take all of the water and electricity we need for the existing housing. Also how you gonna get that many house on that mountain? It’s not sustainable.

The Marriott family land is currently agricultural zoned and it should stay that way to allow for our community to continue with the small town feel we all of us already establishedhere purchased our homes to experience. If they want to build another Park City they can sell this land and there is plenty of land opportunities where growth would be theirs to build their Altura Community with ample water and safer road accesses they may build into their design without burdening the community.

North Ogden does not need more development on the mountain, especially giant homes of outsiders who are not interested preserving the outdoor landscape and activities that so many people enjoy on the mountain.

We don't have the infrastructure to provide for this big of an expansion. I'm not against expanding but things need to be put into place first.
