Very personal but I am going to say this,whenever I was going to operate somebody and he was under general anesthesia , it was my responsibility to safeguard his rights and welfare; so watching for human rights is part of medical mission.

Human Rights are the integral part of Social Justice. This is time for APPNA to advocate for Human Rights & establish a Committee.
