Safety concerns and increased traffic will decrease the beauty of the area.

My family owns two houses there and have for decades. It’s not what this spot is about.

I live on Clay County side of Crystal Lake and have no desire to have seaplanes flying in and out on this private lake.

Because I use this lake and enjoy how it is.

There is a airport very close. People use this lake all the time for recreational use and don't want planes landing ruining their enjoyment. There is no practical reason for allowing this.

Boater, swimming, and ski hazards. To much heavy traffic on a small lake. The runway on water required for even the smallest sea planes covers half our lake at the widest point of measurement.

What could go wrong with sea planes taking off and landing on such a small lake?

We have owned a home on the lake since 1995. The enjoyment is the private nature of the natural resource. Please do not approve this development.

Because I go to crystal lake all the time. My family has had property on that lake for at least 60 years. We ski and surf and genuinely enjoy our time on the lake at the end where this basis proposed.

This would be very dangerous to our swimmers, paddle boarders, kayakers and boaters who live on this lake! This would disrupt our way of living, cause noise pollution, and environmental concerns

Crystal lake has always been the most beautiful, and one if not the only private lake in Keystone. Full of people who enjoy the quietness, fishing and complete boating experience. The lake is not the biggest, and I’m afraid this one interfere with a lot of the lore of the lake itself. Please keep our lake private and for the people.

Our lake is too small and private.

As a private pilot myself, I know what constitutes a safe flying environment, and what does not! Crystal Lake is Much too small to even consider adding a float plane base. If a float plane base is genuinely needed in the area,( which it is not) it should be considered on one of the much Larger lakes like Sante Fe.
