We are fed up with McDonald’s and other unhealthy foreign fast food chains trying to muscle in on family-run food businesses in the Blue Mountains. They should be banned forever from here!

Support local businesses. Prevent litter in the blue mountains.

Why should we put big businesses profit above local residents. Nobody wants it so we shouldn’t even consider it!!!

A multitude of reasons: 1. The amount of litter we would have on our beautiful streets and on our walks will be disgusting. 2. The smell that will come from the fumes the establishment will emit and the effect that would have on our environment. We come to live here for the clean air. 3. In relation to why we come to live up here is also the quieteness of our environment. This establishment will increase noise levels exponentially. 4. Our local businesses need our support not big business.

There are plenty of locally owned take away businesses. There will be a negative impact on the quiet slowpaced village that locals snd visitors enjoy

I think it will ruin our town, with extra people from the city creating Rubbish all over the town and unhealthy for the children.

My father was opposes to this 20+ years ago and fought hard to not have McDonald's up here. The talking point in opposition have not changed. It will torch local small businesses, contribute to littering this beautiful national park and offer little in the way of economical/employment contribution. Not here. Not ever.

The school traffic in Falls Road is backed up for a km during their hours! The traffic from a take-away has to pass through Falls Road as no other way out as there is a DOUBLE LINE in Falls Road from the the Bowling Club therefore the traffic will be Armstrong Road, Valley Road and another blockage at the Highway! The noise will increase hugely and children crossing the road from the play area and school in jeopardy!

There are many reasons to oppose this: 1. Environmental harm to the creek by rubbish left behind. 2. Increasing risk of heart disease and cancer in the community by relying on convenient processed, salty and oily foods. 3. The location is near our local schools, what impact does fast food have on growing bodies? 4. There are several lovely family run businesses - Falls Takeaway, Christina's Open-Air Cafe , Fed.

We need healthy food restaurants not junk food drive-throughs for our wellbeing. Drive-throughs also create increased discarded litter in our communities and environment.

It will bring litter, traffic and a bad element, just as it has every other suburb. Fatty fast food near a school for our children to get fat, not needed.

Traffic, litter, village character, healthy food options for Wentworth Falls.

Read the room. Wentworth falls supports small local business. The communal vibe is what makes the Blue mountains special. Fast food giants aren't welcome here.

Totally inappropriate for our mountain villages. Support local businesses not food chains

This is a completely inappropriate proposal in an already dangerous traffic area between two schools and an RE2 private recreation zoned area.
