i am an artist. I hate the fact i need to view ai posters and fliers for stuff, especially IN CREATIVE ARTS. Theater and art are one of the things i enjoy best, and they're being shot down by this rapid growth of ai slop. I am also forced to use ai in math class with is COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY?! Someone posted a schools agenda and it was all done with generative AI. Every state on the schools map was totally incorrect, the periodic table of elements was ridiculous, and it’s extremely obvious that if we want our child to have a DECENT education, AI needs to stay out of it.

I've started seeing AI generated content from my high school. I graduated in 2025, but it breaks my heart because I was a graphic designer for a lot of content, including our Prom tickets, and I KNOW there are kids who have a passion for true art and talent there. Our youth deserve to hone talent through skill, not have it handed to them, as well as be able to express their creativity on their OWN. It's not just teaching them to be lazy, it's rotting their brains.

It just sickens me how many times generative ai is used in our classrooms, whats even worse is that who uses it doesn't know it actually harms our environment, it uses many gallons of water(aside Nestle) only for it to cool it down? And the lack of creativity, also encouraged the lazy people who can't touch a pencil for once
