The reason this is so important to me is that being allowed to braid our hair using hairpieces and extensions is a way for us to express ourselves. Hairpieces and extensions also help us keep our hairstyles neat for much longer than when we braid using only our natural hair. When we use only our natural hair, our hairstyles often become untidy within two weeks.

I have messy hair and I am always late bcs I have to comb my hair so that I can look pretty, but with hairpiece I know I can just tie my hair and go to school looking gorgeous.
