The communication around the whole event has been poorly and them cancelling Valko's release in this fashion only encourage those who harrassed staff in the first place. This decision also puts the entirety of the main story at risk of loosing depth and lowering its quality. The speed at which the decision was taken also overshadows the slow updating, if not ignoring current issues (lighting, resources available in game etc..) the community has been flagging for over a year

I’m signing because no one should be bullied or pushed to their limits over a game. Players deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard. Love and Deepspace should be a place we enjoy, not a place that harms people. ❤️

Infold has to take accountability for the harrasment en environment they enable, catering to bullies but being absolutely silent and blocking post when a real life girl, a player is pushed to it's lowest point, putting her life at stake while the company continues to support the cyberbullies. This behavior is unacceptable. In their own game contract they specify that any threatening, insulting behavior is prohibited, but when it actually happens to a player in real life, what are they doing??

No video game community should suffer for just trying to enjoy something. Toxic fans are why people leave communities and lose interest in hobbies, and while the actions of a person cannot be controlled, companies SHOULD have responsibility to ensure that the online environments that they cultivate for fans is a safe place and should maintain a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

We were promised that this character was here to stay and nothing would change that.
Then the company folded to hateful and negative feedback, enabling a chain of harassment, bullying and trolling.
Furthermore, this cancellation was a huge disrespect to the character creators' hard work and artistic vision.
We need to show that haters will never have the final word on anything, love must always triumph hate.

Because people have gotten too comfortable with being able to say what they want on the internet with little to no repercussions, or so it seems most of the time. This incident has caused no small amount of cyberbullying, doxxing, harrassment for the very trivial reason of liking a character, protesting & boycotting that should have never happened. People should have basic respect and manners even on the internet & moderation is needed from the platform & infold's side in order to maintain order
