In support of the Petition under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012

We, the undersigned apartment owners and members of Rakshak Tower, The Retreat, Sector 41, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001, hereby independently declare and confirm as follows:

1. That we have read and understood the petition, proposed to be filed/being filed before the District Registrar of Societies, Gurugram, Haryana, challenging the legality and validity of the General Body Meeting/AGM held on 16 August 2026 and the resolutions purportedly passed therein.

2. That, after understanding the same, we unequivocally support, consent to, endorse and adopt the entire contents of the said petition, including its facts, averments, grounds, contentions, prayers, reliefs and annexures, as presented to us, and agree with the reliefs sought therein.
