This family has come to United States to plant a church. They have been a very positive part of the community. They have tried to do everything correctly, and by the rules of law, but the process is broken. I believe this needs to be handled in quick and timely manner for them. They are truly a great family. Warren and Jen Blackbeard have made a huge positive difference in the lives of so many people in the USA, not only spiritually, but they were instrumental in rebuilding homes for complete strangers after the hurricanes. They are a blessing wherever they go.

The Blackbeards are upstanding, servant-hearted, law-abiding contributors to their city and this nation. The same was the case in their native country, where I first met and came to know them over 15 years ago. It would be a completely unnecessary pity for this family to not be permitted to stay, after they have done their part in following all procedure and have only done good in Tampa, Florida. Please consider this in granting what is needed for their continued stay and service.

We became such close friends with this family in JHB, sharing special seasons of life, including being pregnant together. They introduced us to church and were such an integral part of our own faith journey, which we will always be grateful for. They are truly special people, and we’ve experienced their kindness, generosity and heart for others firsthand. We wholeheartedly support them being able to stay in the USA and continue building their church and serving the community they now call home.
