Ball fields would ruin the natural beauty of the park. One of the few remaining natural areas of the lake. The parks should be placed on land owned by the developer.

Black diamond is small town and does not need more activity encroaching on its residence. Lake Sawyer is beautiful just the way it is, why should we cow? Tell to these developers putting in epic neighborhoods. Let them buy another piece of property on the far side of that monstrosity where I never have to see it.

Ball fields on Lake Sawyer natural area would ruin what is special about this area. Right now it feels like we all have a little bit of nature in our backyard. Let’s not let Oakpoint destroy that. Oakpoint needs to build elsewhere.

As a natural area, the park is a tremendous asset to BD residents. As ballfields it would only benefit the profit level of OakPointe. There is no reason for city residents to increase profits for a private developer.

It makes more financial sense (for the public at least) to put parks and ballfields in new developments.

A company should not get to use this precious public land to fulfill their obligations. It hurts the lake, thurts he wildlife and destroys the serenity of the lake and surrounding woods the public use.

Our local green spaces staying in tact is paramount to the health and enjoyment of all future and current residents in the area.
