Please keep our trails for people, horses, native animals and the peaceful lake park. Oak pointe should put the field in Ten Trails as planned. We need to maintain open spaces for all to enjoy.

The park is a beautiful natural treasure and should not be touched by a developer. Ten Trails needs to build their promised ball fields on the land they already own.

Bad idea. There are better options available. This would ruin the natural settings of the lake area including bad traffic coming and going.

We already have too little natural space. We should not take valuable city park space to add more manicured fields. This should be on the property of Ten Trails. They are moving in thousands of people already to a resource strapped area.

I don't want them to do away with our trail system, and it is to far away for the kids from Ten Trails to walk which is why they are building them.

This area needs to remain undeveloped to be enjoyed as it has been with hiking, biking, kayaking and enjoying nature and leave natural habitats alone. Plus there is already enough traffic and people coming and going annoying the residents who chose to live there because it is remote, quiet and peaceful. Enough has developed in that area especially when there are as stated already places to build the fields in the proposed plans and property already being developed. It would ruin the area

I fully support ball fields on Oak Point's property. Please keep our regional city park where it's at. So our waterfowl and fishing and water is not affected. We're already losing water in the lake from Covington water district pulling from the aquifors.

Environment issues, oak point committed to build on their land, the cost should not be covered by the tax payers.

This is not an appropriate site for a ball park due to the current wildlife habitat in existence and the amount of lawn chemicals needed for such a venue that would run off into the lake

We have lost too much natural habitat to Ten Trails Development already. They need to use the area they already have to fulfill there agreement. Leave our only community park alone!

The developers have destroyed enough of Black Diamonds natural space. Make them use that land. If they want ball fields bad enough they can put them in their neighborhood.

Why would you ruin a natural area for ball fields that a supposed to be build in 10 Trails. The area cannot handle these fields and the turf and the pellets they use for artificial turf will poison the lake and surrounding water.

ballpark would have a negative impact to that area. People go there for the lake to swim and have picnics. Also concern for the environment and the animals.

The natural trails are better for everyone than some ball fields, plus keep Washington green
