Celebrate the impact of Miss Albrigt on our children
We would like to share our feedback with school leadership and ask that Miss Albrigt be recognised for the impact she has had on our class this year, and made a permanent member of staff. Since she joined in January, her teaching, pastoral support and the strong personal relationships she has built with the class have had a real positive effect on the children. We have seen her create a classroom where differences are celebrated and where every child feels included.
Miss Albrigt is approachable, honest, and communicates well with parents and carers, as well as with the children themselves. The way the children speak about her and her teaching shows how supported and understood they feel. She has brought warmth, consistency, and care to the class, and that has mattered deeply to our children and to us as families.
We believe it would be a significant loss to Ham Dingle if Miss Albrigt does not stay on as part of the team. As we come to the end of Y3, we are already sad at the thought of saying goodbye to her. We want school leadership to know how highly we value her as a teacher, and how important we believe it is to keep her at the school as a permanent member of staff.

She has been such a fantastic teacher and support to Wilfred , hugely talented in her role
At the start of Year 3, this class had a lot of changes with teachers, which made it quite unsettling. Since Miss Albright started, I’ve watched not only Rosie Ruth blossom, but many of the other children in the class too. She always has time for every single one of us, and nothing is ever too much trouble. After speaking with her a few days ago, I know she is sad to be leaving, and so are many parents and children, including myself and my daughter. I truly believe it would benefit the children.
I can honestly say miss alright has the purest heart, I speak to her quite a lot after school and she has so much kindness and patience to the children not only in her class to to others, I see children that struggle Threw interaction on other classes freely going to hug her and high fiver her! She is such a massive asset to ham dingle, and her parch to teaching is the best I’ve ever seen!
The impact Miss Albrigt has had on Bodhi's learning and entire outlook about school has been astronomical.
After a challenging start to the year Miss Albrigt has had such a positive impact on my child and has understood her as an individual - tailoring the learning tools and techniques to get the best results. She is a great teacher and a real asset to the school.
She has been a fantastic teacher and Mia has thrived after the disruption earlier this year. A real asset to the school and should be kept!
Mrs Albrigt has been one of the best if not the best teacher that class have ever had. The progress they have made with her is amazing. She needs a full time job there so she can continue to help the kids grow.

One of the best teachers my child has ever had and a real asset to the school. It would be a huge loss for the school not to keep her. The impact she has had on the children and the support she has from the parents should be all that is needed to cement her position there.
