no proper public participation has happened regarding this matter. government has a responsibility to first engage with communities before doing something that will affect that particular community. Furthermore, removing a hospital would have a serious impact on those who are currently benefitting from it especially the elderly and those with serious medical conditions.

allot of people is dependant on this day hospital. We have elderly and disabled people attending the hospital who can't walk too far to get to another facility let alone should they move or relocate this hospital.
