Keep Key Biscayne Soccer Club With Its Current Management
To: Village of Key Biscayne Village Council
We, the undersigned families, players, and supporters of the Key Biscayne Soccer Club,
express our full support for the club's current operator, KB Soccer Inc., and its
management team.
Under its current leadership, the club serves nearly 1,000 players across every age
group, from Pee Wee and intramural through our competitive and MLS NEXT teams.
More than 90% of those players are Key Biscayne residents. This is a program built by
and for our island community, and no child who wants to play is turned away.
The Village Council approved this agreement as a two-year contract with three one-year
extensions. KB Soccer Inc. is in good standing and in compliance with its terms. We see
no reason to cut that agreement short or disrupt a program that is working well for our
children and families.
We respectfully ask the Village Council to:
1. Honor the existing contract with KB Soccer Inc. through its full term, including its
extension years.
2. Not put the soccer program out to bid (RFP) for the 2027-28 season.
3. Recognize the continued commitment of the club's current management, coaches,
and staff to the children of Key Biscayne.
Please stand with our players and families. Sign below to show the Village that our
community supports the program we already have.

This is very important for us because all of my three sons are members of this club. My oldest started when he was 9 years old and now is 13 and in NAL, years of hard work and dedication, not without help from our amazing coaches and managers who always listen and are here to support your child. And if there was no Intramural program then my son would never grow to the player he is now. He wouldn’t be a part of NAL. My other little kids love the KBSC Intramural program.
The club has provided wonderful opportunities and exceptional service to my family over the past 12 years. Its wide range of activities has allowed my three children to thrive at different levels, both competitively and recreationally, while enjoying everything that island life has to offer.
I have 2 boys in the competitive teams pre academy and pre MLA and it’s been an amazing experience. They’ve learned so much not only soccer also to be more responsable, discipline and team play. It’s been and incredible journey!
Current management has done an outstanding job maintaining quality while growing the club. The people initiating movement against them are doing it for selfish reasons. They are using wealth and influence to get their way. Have no idea what it takes to run a club like KBSC. Current management got MLS Next status. Putting KBSC as a top club in the state. Dont get persuaded by the lies of the influential.
This program is so important to our children. Please keep it as is.
KBSC is doing a phenomenal job
As a parent, I urge the Key Biscayne Village Council to honor its agreement with Key Biscayne Soccer Inc. and retain its current leadership. This program has earned our families’ trust and plays an important role in our children’s development. Our kids deserve stability and continuity.

Part of why we moved to KB, believe it or not, is because my kids saw the program and when coming from abroad, this is key. And they were embraced by the club. This is part of why we love KB
