I am signing this petition because gender-based violence is wrong and no one deserves to live in fear. Too many women are abused simply because some men believe they have power over them. Women often cannot defend themselves physically, and that should never be used as an excuse to hurt or control them.
I am standing up not only for the victims of today but also because this could happen to any woman, including me. We all deserve to feel safe, respected, and protected. It's time for us to speak
