OK so I have to take my wife to the JR eye hospital on a regular basis. Forget about parking, it does not exist!! So we use the Park and Ride. However once the idiots in the Council start employing their anti car antics the Park and rides fill up and than we have to go home and miss the appointment. Bonkers or what!!

Because I’m disabled hot day stressed and two hours later!!
Parking for anyone was an after thought, multi tower parking should be introduced

We live in Witney, but have had to attend the JR urgently multiple times for A&E visits and births of our children. I'd happily use the park and rides for non-urgent visits, but they're just not practical for urgent visits.

Sometimes I get so stressed and anxious when looking to park at the JR, Churchill, and particularly the Nuffield (2 parking tickets received there, when I thought we were parked correctly) That I just have to give up and miss my appointment - there is no other option.

To greatly improve traffic flow. These LTNs create havoc and increase pollution due to do many idling vehicles in traffic queues.

It’s ridiculous that you have to factor in parking space time to your drive time.

I personally have to use the JR quite often and I certainly agree that something has to be done about the disabled parking area.Build a multi storey parking area would make sense. It’s obviously not used by the powers that be to agree on a multi storey. They may need this service one day they may need this service. None of us think we will never need disabled areas but it’s a rude awakening believe me !!!!

I have used this car park many times over the years and it has got worse and worse. In fact, it is the worst car park I ever visit. Something needs to be done. Not in a few years, now.

Because the public transport offering is poor unless you live in Oxford itself(e.g. wantage is almost 2 hours each way, including time to get to initial bus stop) and options like park and ride are not an option when people are unwell or due to undergo many procedures.

It adds an extra hour to a visit just to try to get a parking space which is so stressful. When my mother was in hospital who lives in Hailey Oxfordshire it took longer for my husband to park than it did to drive from London to the hospital! You can’t go by public transport as it’s not reliable plus dangerous at night. Please build a multi storey it’s long overdue. How many appointments are missed as a result of arriving late or abandoning the visit due to no parking spaces. It’s terrible.

Having to turn up at least an hour early to get a space and pay the extra parking costs if I'm lucky enough to get a space.

I live in West Oxfordshire on my own and there is no direct bus route to either hospital. I have mobility challenges and am 77 years. Using my car as transport into Oxford for hospital visits is essential and to then have to worry about delays at the Park and Rides and add to the length of the journey makes it long and stressful. Prior to the death of my mother at the JR and many hospital visits prior, when my mother was in a wheel chair, was greatly helped by being able to park at the hospital.

Because I take my 90 year old mother there and it’s a nightmare to park!!
And my husband, both for the hart department, need family or friends to take us and drop off, as both have problems walking far!!!
