This affects many families and has done injustice to these families and their children. It is an actual disgrace and mockery of a system that is supposed to uphold the law and help those in need. Instead it has been devasting to families and the siblings of these children that have been removed from the home falsely. The system has made false accusations about these families, it has been proven, so then where does the accountability come in for those that falsified records.

This is crucial because for too long, DCFS representatives have fallen drastically short of common sense and acceptable discernment. I know of two cases where the representative incorrectly accessed the families incorrectly. In one of those families, all four children were placed into foster care system--four different sets of foster parents. One girl was sexually assaulted in the foster home. There was no reason whatsoever to have removed them from a perfectly healthy and normal home.

Illinois State rep Jed Davis first brought to my attention many issues with this agency. We must have impartial investigators and we cannot get that here in Illinois. We must bring in federal investigators.
