Being the victim of corruption in Illinois, I have come to see that it is entrenched throughout the state at all levels. Oh and since full transparency is optional this should already be happening.

This affects many families and has done injustice to these families and their children. It is an actual disgrace and mockery of a system that is supposed to uphold the law and help those in need. Instead it has been devasting to families and the siblings of these children that have been removed from the home falsely. The system has made false accusations about these families, it has been proven, so then where does the accountability come in for those that falsified records.

DCFS took my 2 grandchildren away from my daughter 2 1/2 years ago as she was recovering from the wounds of being severely beaten and abused by the father of her children. She STILL does not have her kids back.

I'm signing this Petition because Illinois DCFS, McDonough County in particular , wrongfully kidnapped my children and illegally trafficked them to abusers! And did so with no valid justification for ever removing them in the first place! Then I jumped through all of their hoops for 9 long years only to have them sold to the highest bidder!

DCFS has violated my rights, my kids rights and systemic Fraud. False use of an"Emergency" threshold for removal. Separated my kids. All on a positive RAPID drug screen, which 3 of my meds will make me test a false positive. And had a note from the doctor.

This is crucial because for too long, DCFS representatives have fallen drastically short of common sense and acceptable discernment. I know of two cases where the representative incorrectly accessed the families incorrectly. In one of those families, all four children were placed into foster care system--four different sets of foster parents. One girl was sexually assaulted in the foster home. There was no reason whatsoever to have removed them from a perfectly healthy and normal home.
