We need fairness. How can you just disqualify them without giving us any tangible reason. #GESANEEDSFAIRNESS

They can’t just disqualify contestants without letting us know results

Students put a lot of faith in who they believe is fit to lead. We campaign, we express ourselves and we make a choice. I understand that rules and regulations are there to ensure the proper order of things but do we deserve what happened. Why conduct the elections then. Why allow us to cast our votes, why not even cancel of withhold the elections until further investigations werecarried out.Atthe poll stations, Weexpressed. Do not use a day to remake uschoosenew people we donotwant to be ourface

This is highly unacceptable. As far as I know, they all campaigned after the said time buh why are the presidential candidates the only ones being affected? Last year, Stephen campaigned about 9 hours before the election period but nothing was said about it. We've decided who we want to lead us. They shouldn't suffer because of a mistake on the part of the EC!!!

The decision made was very unfair to the voters. People who had no business being at the college on that day came all the way just to exercise their rights. And now they want us to vote again? No, thank you. Apparently the candidates broke the rules so many hours before the elections. Disqualification could have been done before wasting our precious time and energy. If further investigation was required, then they should have postponed the whole election process.

If they knew all this why didn't they cancel the entire election before all this commotion. Why wait for results to be released first.

I hate nonsense, let the GESA EC know that. I don't want to take this into another realm. I don't get why voters should finish voting before you declare disqualification of a candidate

because a rally shouldn’t serve as a basis for disqualification

Last year Stephen had a rally and you had nothing to talk about, why this time? Because it didn’t come as you wanted? Better release and declare before we decide to also take our actions
