I don’t endorse the actions of both candidates doing the rally but why did the elections proceed after that? Also, after the good students of GESA have picked their choice with a great margin, why nullify it?

Please the sem is too short and we won’t have time to do a re-election.
I’m not sure anyone would want to go through the stress they went through on the day of election just to go and recast their votes.
Please declare the results according to the outcome on Wednesday please.
Besides both parties had their rallies and concluded peacefully without any problems despite having broken the law as you guys say.
I was around last year when BBY’s team and Shakir’s team carried their rallies till 11

The two aspirants breaches the law and it's still part of the campaign that makes it entertaining and for that matter the results can be released. If incase it was only one aspirant found guilty that is where we can place things side by side to disqualify the one who indulged in the act buh since it was the two then EC You have no option that it has been nullified and for that matter they have been disqualified.
If that is the case we the student body will not waste our time to come and vote!

This is important to me because Prince did win the elections fair and square
The reason the EC is using to annul the results are unfair and bias because almost every past and present GESA president has campaigned even past the 4 o'clock time.
BE FAIR!

Even in presidential elections there are rallies so that’s not a reason to withhold results. Be bold enough and release the results
