We must not build on green belt land as this disrupt the water table for the area causing flooding, also to keep the community as it is.

Building on this land will have a detrimental impact to High Hill. The road is already busy and congested. The drainage simply could not take this. It would have a negative impact on the residents who live by this area.

I don’t feel essington needs another care home. Taking away more fields that my son likes seeing the cows in when we walk around the pools.

Traffic is awful as it is! People use this road as a cut through already, so this going up will only further increase congestion. We live almost opposite this field and it’s nice to walk the dog see the cows with the kids. This will just become another over populated estate.

Building these houses would have a devastating effect on the infrastructure of essington. The water, sewage and drainage is already at breaking point, the traffic is awful now trying to cut up high hill and the school hasn’t got the facility to cope with anymore intakes. Above and beyond that the area has seen development already which has taken away green belt so animal and wildlife are having their homes destroyed in the name of unnecessary development.

I live very close to the site proposed to be developed, Essington is already overloaded with houses, more would mean more traffic congestion, doctors and schools already at breaking point take your building somewhere else!
