I was hit hard due to limited funds and loss of income over the last 2 years. I had to pay 5000.00 just to save my home due to a lien and ended up with my home being auctioned off within the next week, because of the financial hardship.

I'm tired of HOA telling us what to do in our own house.

I agree that HOAs have too much overreach. They should never be allowed to put a lien or demand on homeowners. Especially since any new housing project requires joining. AZ is a right to work state, should also be a right to home ownership state!

I am on my hoa board. And hoa has no authority over publicly funded thoroughfares or roadways.

Im so tired of paying money just because my young adult has his own car and can be parked in the street, IT is ridiculous

HOAs serve no purpose; neighborhoods should NOT be privatized.

To help control the power the HOA has against parking in a non gated community.

HOAs want their money now but slow in assisting and don’t want to work with you if you get behind.

No more lies. No more trying to do the job of the police on public roadways. No more.

This is too far for an HOA. It isn’t improving our neighborhood but a power trip on the HOAs part. It’s going to hurt families and add more unnecessary financial stress to people when times are hard enough. Just a greedy money grab and control issue. This is ridiculous.

HOA overreach is crazy. They're hurting a community of hard-working families just trying to make ends meet in this crazy economy where gas, electricity, food, and other items needed for survival are almost priced out of normal families' reach, and they are having to choose between eating and paying fines or gas or whatever. We are a community and we need to recognize that each family has different needs, and some of those need more parking space for adult family members who live with parents.

My HOA is only good when they have no Karen’s or Ken’s on the board.

HOAs need to be regulated better.
