As a local Realtor,the no parking rules are hurting the ability to sell homes in these neighborhoods. Also, a former board member of an HOA seems like the owners should have had a say on this issue and majority vote would have been required. seems

My HOA will give warnings for littlest things but fail to repair and fix our 1 common area and lights that have been broken for over a year and doesn’t. Just one example.

Because I’m tired of them picking at little things and charging over 100 each week until we fix it. It’s our homes we are paying for them and they shouldn’t be allowed to tell us what we can and not have outside our homes

HOA charges way too many fees tries to make it impossible to catch up and will fine you over a small piece of trash in your yard even though the weather was bad and the weather caused it

I was hit hard due to limited funds and loss of income over the last 2 years. I had to pay 5000.00 just to save my home due to a lien and ended up with my home being auctioned off within the next week, because of the financial hardship.
