I know a neighbor whose child needs special education and will not be able to have it if it is cut from the budget.

We need more special education teachers and paraprofessionals to serve the needs of the children.

My grandson has been amazingly blessed by the sped educators at granite. He needs them and a general Ed teacher is not able to give any of the kids the time they deserve. Do not do this

My son has greatly benefited from his special education resources. We are so grateful for the teachers and paraprofessionals that he has been associated with. These services help him be a better citizen of our community because he is gaining the skills to participate in the community and give back through his social, academic and interpersonal skills he is learning through his education at Brighton.

As a public school parent and social worker, it is important we keep Granite County fully funded for our special needs students.

My kids were both in special ed at granite school district, and they really benefited from special ed services. These kids need all the special ed services to have the best future possible. These services are needed for these kids to have the same chance at succeeding in life as general education kids.

Special education resources should never be cut! Our students need these valuable resources, and schools need to fund paras to help special education teachers in the classroom.
