We call on school officials and the people responsible for Blocksi to stop treating our homes like school property and to block Blocksi from reaching us there. If Blocksi is used at school, that is one thing. But once we are at our own houses, we should be free to use our devices without school surveillance or restrictions following us home.

A home should be a place to learn, rest, talk with family, and enjoy some freedom. Students already spend much of the day under school rules. Those rules should not extend into our private lives after school ends. When a school tool keeps controlling access outside school hours, it crosses a line that many families do not accept.

We are asking for a simple change: let Blocksi stay in the school setting and stop it from blocking students at home. Students should not lose access to their own devices and internet at the very place that is supposed to be private and personal. Schools should focus on education during school time, not on following students into their homes. Respect our homes. Respect our time outside school. Let us be free at home.
