We can't keep teaching our daughters to constantly be weary and scared of living and not teach our sons how to keep our daughters safe and protected

It could help with curbing femicide by instilling honourable principles in men primarily as well as in women. Overall shedding light on the harsh reality people live and possibly enabling a better, safer society for the afflicted.

Every few hours, a woman is killed in South Africa. Women are being hunted. The government is not protecting its citizens. The State is failing us.

I am signing as a mother of boys. I love my sons, and I do not want to raise future headlines. I want to raise protectors, not perpetrators

The value of educating our children beyond making them good service level servants of a failing system but fully competent and healthy civilians who are capable of contributing on a healthy and humane level, is absolutely priceless.
Starting with understanding proper social etiquette, gender dynamics and what the value of striving to be a better person means and how that grants us all a better and safer future in South Africa and the world thereafter.
