I live in the city of Fort Worth and am also a firefighter in the DFW area. I know the importance of fully funding the Fire and EMS services. It would be catastrophic to the citizens of this great city to not fully fund these services.

Why the heck would you CUT funding for the men and women who keep this city running and stay safe? The PD and FD should be the top priority for every city! Remember who comes when you call 911. It sure isn’t your mom!

As a Fort Worth resident I want my family taken care of the right way. As a firefighter from in a neighboring city, I understand the demands of the job and struggles of doing them short staffed and under equipped. Support and fund Fort Worth firefighters completely.

Downscaling our fire teams to 3 is unsafe for our firefighters & the citizens of Fort Worth.
FW is growing leaps & bounds; we’re short on infrastructure as it is.
Our Fire Department is overworked & undermanned. Keep four-manned fire trucks & find budget cuts elsewhere. Our firefighters & their families sacrifice a lot to keep our city safe.
There is plenty of waste within the budget. Cut costs there & give the FWFD the raise they deserve, or we’ll continue to them to better paying depts.
