The City of Fort Worth is growing, so the amount of EMS personnel and budget should grow as well. It’s common sense.

Fort Worth firefighters and EMS respond daily to fires, medical emergencies, rescues, and disasters that affect our community. As the city grows, so does the need for their services.
Adequate funding ensures they have the staffing, equipment, training, and resources to respond quickly when every second matters. Investing in Fire and EMS is an investment in our community’s safety and future.
I support increased funding because every resident deserves fast, reliable emergency response, and deserve

I live in Tarrant county and work in the EMS field. It's ridiculous that we're not addressing the standards for our people

In honor of the brave men and women who put their life’s on the line, they should not have to worry about being safe or under staffed

As a firefighter dropping staffing is 1) going to cause a higher potential of injury and 2) goes against NFPA recommendations

How safe do you want to feel. If it were your place, wouldn’t you want the best trained and fastest response time? Fort Worth needs to fully fund the fire departments.

The lives of the citizens of Fort Worth matter!
And it matters that first responders are able to ADEQUATELY respond without putting their lives and possibly the lives of the citizens in danger because of a lack of proper man power.
How SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!

We need to keep our firefighters safe while they are keeping the community safe. If we cut down budget and staffing we put not only the community at risk we also put the firefighters at risk who are doing everything they can to take care of the citizens.
