Fire and EMS are top needs for any city, much less a growing city like Ft Worth. Get with the program, cut some of the wasteful spending in PD. Streets, parks etc and fund this critical infrastructure need!

This type of emergency service should match the growth of our city, not be reduced to service an increasing population.

Safety is the right priority, a crucial role of government much than others. The Bible supports government keeping people safe. Reducing minimum staffing on fire trucks and not funding adequate numbers of paramedics (leaving ambulance units sidelined) is no way to run a city. We want our tax dollars supporting safety, above all!

Because these are essential services that should be prioritized in one of the largest cities in the supposed greatest nation. Get it together.

Fort Worth stands behind our Fire and EMS response. A fully funded FD is the bare minimum in one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Putting in danger the lives of those who are fighting to save our lives and property in order to save a few dollars for lesser projects is never acceptable. The citizens of Fort Worth insist upon providing the safest possible equipment and working conditions for our Firefighters. They commit to us; they deserve nothing less than our full commitment to them.

Do the right thing!!! Period!!! Do NOT balance your budget on the backs of your Fire and EMS response team!!! Although I am not a resident of Fort Worth, I travel to and through the city almost every day!!! People know Fort Worth for its whit fire trucks and that they are adequately staffed for EVERYONES safety...crews AND citizens/visitors alike.

I live and work for the Fort Worth Fire Department. It’s a shame even to think we have to bring this type of awareness to the public so the citizens can see what our city really thinks about us. Prioritize public safety because I know my family sure does depend on it.
