Lets protect our infrastructure, any additional buildings/residential properties will put pressure on the already stretched out systems.

This development far exceeds the capacity of our local infrastructure & municipal services. With our water resources already under severe strain, adding high-density housing will compromise our community's essential utilities & quality of life.

We cannot go on building high rise cluster homes in our suburbs. These buildings are contributing to the devastation of Harare's natural environment, putting extra pressure on already dwindling supplies of underground water, devastation to our rapidly disappearing forestation and placing further pressure on our roads which are not able to manage with the amount of traffic as it is. ......never mind the total invasion of privacy for the neighbouring properties......it's beyond a joke now!!

Too much development with no improved sewerage, water systems

Noise pollution, too much traffic on a small residential road, sewerage system does not have capacity, water shortage, security issues with multiple storey building looking into all surrounding properties. Thanks

Simply the services( water, power roads, traffic, sewerage) are totally overloaded and can't take any more

There has been considerable development in our area and we cannot sustainably support further pressure on our water resources and infrastructure. This particular design of development also compromises the current residents privacy and security.

No infrastructure for this. Invasion of other's privacy. A high-rise doesn't belong in this area. Ridiculous!

The developers have already flouted numerous building regulations - before even breaking ground. Aside from the obvious - such a large and heavy building being just over 3 metres from neighbouring boundaries must have a negative impact on neighbouring properties structural integrity.

The road cannot sustain a multiple storey building. A complete invasion of the road. With extremely poor municipal water supplies and boreholes drying up how will the residents of the proposed new building manage.

It is an invasion of personal privacy, a health hazard as well as against building regulations

Trees are being chopped down at a great rate these days to make way for developers. No empathy for the ecosystem which is fragile.
