Request to the Government of Karnataka to provide an opportunity for B.Ed. 4th Semester students and NEP graduates to participate in the upcoming GPSTR and HSTR teacher recruitment examinations.
We request that eligible B.Ed. 4th Semester students be permitted to apply for and write the GPSTR and HSTR examinations, even though their 4th Semester examination and results are yet to be completed. A provision may be made to allow candidates to submit/update their final 4th Semester marks after the results are declared and before the preparation of the final merit list, as there will be sufficient time between the examination and the merit-list process.
We also request suitable modification of the GPSTR eligibility rules to allow NEP graduates to apply based on their two Major/DSCC subjects (DSCC-I and DSCC-II), as the NEP curriculum provides for two Major subjects rather than three.
This petition seeks equal and fair opportunity for B.Ed. 4th Semester students and NEP graduates to participate in the teacher recruitment process without being excluded due to the timing of their results or differences in the NEP curriculum structure.

It is very important to write the gpstr and hstr exam because we have already cleared Kartet within 2 months we will also complete our B Ed course if u didn't give the chance to write the exam then we have to wait for 5 to 10 years
