Request to the Government of Karnataka to provide an opportunity for B.Ed. 4th Semester students and NEP graduates to participate in the upcoming GPSTR and HSTR teacher recruitment examinations.
We request that eligible B.Ed. 4th Semester students be permitted to apply for and write the GPSTR and HSTR examinations, even though their 4th Semester examination and results are yet to be completed. A provision may be made to allow candidates to submit/update their final 4th Semester marks after the results are declared and before the preparation of the final merit list, as there will be sufficient time between the examination and the merit-list process.
We also request suitable modification of the GPSTR eligibility rules to allow NEP graduates to apply based on their two Major/DSCC subjects (DSCC-I and DSCC-II), as the NEP curriculum provides for two Major subjects rather than three.
This petition seeks equal and fair opportunity for B.Ed. 4th Semester students and NEP graduates to participate in the teacher recruitment process without being excluded due to the timing of their results or differences in the NEP curriculum structure.

Allowing final-semester B.Ed students to appear for GPSTR/HSTR exams would bring fresh, professionally trained and digitally competent teachers into government schools. It supports NEP 2020, reduces unemployment among trained graduates, prevents loss of trained manpower, expands the merit pool, and improves the availability of subject-specialist teachers, especially in rural schools. Allow B. Ed 4th sem students to write exam. If you can wait the computer graduates to complete their B. Ed course, why don't you allow the B. Ed students who are in the verge of completing their course within 2 months? Why this much of disparities?
We are 2021 NEP batch students who studied (Physics + Chemistry) in Degree and are currently in the final stage of B.Ed . However, the GPSTR/HSTR recruitment portal does not have an option to select NEP Dual Majors, nor is any exemption given to final semester B.Ed students. After spending lakhs of rupees on education, we face grave injustice due to the policy introduced by the government itself. Please allow us an opportunity to apply.
Kindly allow NEP graduates to take part in Karnataka teacher recruitment.
This is very important for 4th semester b.ed students , because the government has given the permission to allow the computer teacher without b.ed and tet ,but we are in 4th semester and they are not ready to given us so please help us.

It is very important to write the gpstr and hstr exam because we have already cleared Kartet within 2 months we will also complete our B Ed course if u didn't give the chance to write the exam then we have to wait for 5 to 10 years
