No working individual should ever be taxed for working for a living, we're being penalized for our labor. We pay consumer taxes, taxes on bills, taxes on services, homeowner taxes, taxes on gas, taxes on overtime, taxes at the motor vehicle department, and everything else, and left barely staying afloat with hardly anything to live off of after all that. We are being taxed cradle to grave. One medical emergency would sink a majority of working people. It's discouraging to pay for working!

Louisiana loves to tax people who don't work in the state but live here. If we had Jobs that would pay enough to live here and work here my husband wouldn't have to work out of state

Tax free income worked beautifully for the 8 years that I lived in Florida. Now at the age of 61 , living in Louisiana, I can't afford the cost of living here. I own my home but cannot afford to live in it anymore!

Taxes are out of control. Cost of living, goods, and taxes have steadily increased. My paycheck increases has not kept up with these increases. To many social programs, politician salaries to large, and the massive size of the government is one reason (and I am just talking on a state level). This is why I vote against any proposed tax regardless of presumed benefit.

Why give it to directly the corrupt Government to send to other countries for mostly false reasons just to get it kicked back for whatever and however much they decide.
