As an early childhood educator I agree that the influence a cannabis should not be in children's environments considering a lot of parents move out to small country towns to avoid their children seeing such stores every day.

I’ve personally seen the devastating effects and lack of thriving in lives that use Pot, and I do not see any good reason for using it (for example for anxiety, people still have worsening anxiety), and this is just one example . But the drug (call it what it is) makes peoples lives worse not better. It destroys peoples minds, motivation, beliefs, etc. and has no place in our lives.

I’m not worried about my kids being tempted…we teach them well, but I don’t want them being part of a community where everyone else is SO enthralled with the idea of even more adult substances in circulation….even if it’s legal. Not everything that’s been legal in history has been good 🙄

The town is too small for another Cannabis Store. There is a school just down the street and they should not have to walk past this kind of establishment every day.

Type youth have enough problems in the world and putting a Cannabis shop on the Main Street with just add another problem . Having it on a side street is a better idea. That way it is not so exposed to everyone.
