This is absolutely a horrible crime. That poor little baby had a whole life to lead now he is gone. Prosecute the officer for animal cruelty and murder because in my eyes he is not a cop just a plain murderer. I pray he is punished and Hee Haw gets justice

Officers are hired to enforce the law. To first taser and the shoot a miniature donkey in its own home is ridiculous, and the officer needs to held to the standards he was hired under. Release the footage and let society decide his guilt or slim innocence.
